Targeted Massage-$40

Available in 30 minute sessions in the office, this focuses on problem areas only.

Therapeutic Massage- $70, $115

This is a manual therapy that emphasizes long strokes, kneading and friction motions to encourage proper circulation. The technique involves rubbing muscles together in the same direction as the flow of blood to the heart. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. 60 minute or 90 minute session.

Hot Stone Massage- $90, $135

Therapeutic Massage with added Hot Stones for a deeper and cozier massage experience. 60 minute or 90 minute session.

Grief Massage- $80

Using traditional Swedish techniques with a different application, this light touched massage is designed specifically to target our parasympathetic nervous system, also known as “rest and digest”. It is designed to give the body a reprieve from the physical strain that grief holds in our muscles and nerves. Allowing a safe space to move the emotions through our bodies and connecting the body and mind back to itself. Offered in 60-minute sessions only but can be coupled with 30- or 60-minute Peer-to-Peer Grief work. Available in office only.

Grief Massage with Peer-to-Peer Services- $115, $145

60 Minute massage targeting the nervous system to calm the body and encourage a reprieve from the physical strain that grief holds on our muscles and nerves paired with your option of a 30 or 60 minute Peer-to-Peer grief service that we utilize to freely discuss the emotional and mental effects that grief leaves us with. Please note that this is not psychotherapy or counseling. Available in office only.

Therapeutic Massage with Reiki- $85, $130

Therapeutic Massage techniques that incorporates Reiki throughout the massage.60 minute or 90 minute session.

Mobile Massage & Reiki Services-$20 Travel Fee

This therapeutic massage and/or Reiki service is offered to individuals that are on hospice or have a medical condition that makes it difficult for them to travel outside of their home. This includes travel/mileage, set up, and tear down of equipment. Available in 60/90 minute massage options and 30/60 minute Reiki sessions only.

Grief Coaching Session-$80

Grief coaching, an untapped non-therapeutic paradigm, shifts the perspective that grief is an illness that needs to be treated, fixed, or cured. Instead, it empowers individuals to open themselves up to allow the normal and natural responses to loss … giving themselves permission to grieve. Thereafter, helping them to navigate through and thrive in their own personal sense of new normalcy. Grief coaching does not infer, provide, or replace professional counseling, therapy, or mental health services. Available in office or telehealth in 60 minute sessions.

Grief Movement Session- $12

Empowering yourself while transforming pain and struggle to connection of more peace and more purpose through the use of movement, breathe, and sound.

Funeral Celebrant Services- $300 per service

A Celebrant serves by providing a funeral service that is personalized to reflect the personality and life-style of the deceased while honoring the families wishes.

End-of-Life Doula Services- $Sliding Scale$

The main job of a Doula, in its most basic sense, is to provide emotional support. While still encouraging Hospice, Doulas focus on companionship rather than treatment by practicing the art of holding space creating a safe atmosphere in which people are allowed to feel, express themselves, and work through issues with authenticity and courage. This service is on a sliding scale based on the needs. I also provide basic care/CNA services. A complimentary consultation will help determine what the needs are. Consultation can be completed via Telehealth or in person.

Reiki Session-$30, $60

 Reiki helps the natural flow of healing the energy in the body, thus promoting relaxation, self –esteem, and pain relief. Reiki does not directly cure diseases or illnesses but known to decrease symptoms related to hypertension, cancer, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and stress. Instead, it’s used as a way to manage symptoms and improve general well being. The belief is that the practitioner is able to stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities. During a session, the practitioner places their hands either on or just above your body in sequences of positions to promote healing. The predominate form was created by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century as an alternative health approach. 30 minute or 60 minute session.

Guided Meditation-$10

Telehealth service where I guide you into deep relaxation for stress relief through a guided meditation. Typically a 10-15 minute session.

Chair/Table Massage Events (corporate or private)-$Call for Pricing

When a massage chair or table is brought to your private or corporate event and a group of people receive a, typically 10–20-minute each, massage session. A complimentary consultation via phone or telehealth can help determine the cost of the event and to discuss the contract. I recruit another LMT(s) if there are more clients than I can massage alone.

 

 

Discount

Veterans, active military, and first responders receive $10 off of any service (exluding Grief Movement).

Gift Certificates

Sacred Senses does NOT offer gift certificates UNLESS it is part of a promotional deal (radio advertising, giveaways, raffles, etc.). If you would like to pay for a massage for your loved one as a gift for the holidays, you can either schedule for them or have them schedule with me and we will arrange for payment!

Electronic Payments

Any services that are paid via an electronic payment or card (Venmo, PayPal, Square, Stripe, etc.) will have a $3 processing fee for services under $200. Any services provided over $200 such as a massage event, will have a processing fee of 3%.

As a reminder, the card that I hold on file does NOT get charged UNLESS you cancel your appointment less that 24 hours ahead of time for a non-emergent situation. This allows clients to pay with cash or check at the time of their appointment but also ensures that the time reserved for your services is not lost.
